Eng. Mulhim Eltayeb is a senior engineering executive, project management professional, and arbitration advisor with more than 34 years of international experience in large-scale infrastructure, engineering consultancy, and complex project delivery. His career spans leadership roles across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States, combining technical depth with strategic and governance-level oversight. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of KEPM Projects FZ-LLC (Dubai), a specialist consultancy providing end-to-end project and investment advisory services in engineering and infrastructure-linked industries. Previously, he served for a decade as General Manager of Kenana Engineering and Technical Services, where he led the expansion of multidisciplinary engineering and project management services across East and West Africa and advised several governments on national and long-term infrastructure and industrial development strategies. Earlier in his career, Eng. Mulhim held senior project and task management roles at CH2M HILL in the United States, managing and advising on multi-million-dollar projects involving environmental impact assessment, permitting, infrastructure planning, and remediation works for public authorities, international institutions, and multinational corporations. In addition to his executive leadership roles, Eng. Mulhim has strong credentials in dispute resolution and arbitration. He is an Arbitration Counsellor in International Commercial Arbitration and an accredited adjudicator, with formal training in project claims, risk allocation, and dispute avoidance. His experience bridges project delivery with dispute prevention, expert assessment, and structured resolution of complex technical and contractual issues. He holds a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Washington State University, a postgraduate qualification in Agribusiness from Middlesex University (UK), and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is also an active contributor to international forums, having presented on infrastructure, industrial development, and project strategy at global conferences under the auspices of the International Sugar Organization and other multilateral platforms.
